|How long does it take to receive my order?
|Processing time varies, but usually takes 10-14 business days during the Holiday Season (unless otherwise noted on the product's page). We do not currently offer next day services. Actual shipping times depend on the following: current volume of orders, destination location, shipping method chosen by customer, and unforeseen factors. If you have not received an email within 14 business days that your order has shipped, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your order!

|Will my recent orders ship together? Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
We can not guarantee that your orders can or will be combined after being placed, due to the high volume of orders we receive.
No refunds will be issued if one of the orders qualified for free shipping and no shipping was charged.
No refunds will be issued on orders older than 24 hours, or if orders are placed more than 24 hours apart.
If you have recently placed an order, and would like to add an item, please contact customer service to determine status of your initial order. We can not guarantee that we will be able to add to your order once it is processing.
