|Can I return my DEAL OF THE DAY items?|
|All sales on DEAL OF THE DAY items are final. No returns will be accepted.
|How long does it take to receive my order?|
|Processing time varies, but usually takes 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product's page). We do not currently offer next day services. Actual shipping times depend on the following: current volume of orders, destination location, shipping method chosen by customer, and unforeseen factors. If you have not received an email within 7 days that your order has shipped, you can contact us at email@example.com to check on your order!
*Please Note: All customized, monogrammed, handmade, or made-to-order items have a longer processing time. The processing time frame is listed on the product's page.*
|If I select "In-store Pickup" when can I pick up my order?|
|When your order is processed you will be automatically notified by email. Please check your spam file and / or add us to your "safe" list to ensure you receive your notification. If you have not received notification within 48 hours please contact shipping at 855-473-2442. If you need your order to be expedited, we will do so only under special circumstances, during regular business hours. Call ahead to confirm this service is available.

|Will my recent orders ship together? Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?|
We can not guarantee that your orders can or will be combined after being placed, due to the high volume of orders we receive.
No refunds will be issued if one of the orders qualified for free shipping and no shipping was charged.
No refunds will be issued on orders older than 24 hours, or if orders are placed more than 24 hours apart.
If you have recently placed an order, and would like to add an item, please contact customer service to determine status of your initial order. We can not guarantee that we will be able to add to your order once it is processing.
